Renewable energy in Ohio is at a crossroads – and the power to decide lies solely with Governor Kasich. David Roberts at Vox outlines the history, the process, and what’s at stake. With a Kasich veto, we can get back to work moving clean energy forward in the Buckeye State, bolstering its economy and getting in line with overwhelming public support. With a signature, Kasich will walk back his support and shut clean energy down – support he voiced as recently as November 30: “We should embrace these renewables…I hope the legislature will not have a headline that Ohio went backward on the environment.”

You can act: reach out to Gov. Kasich and encourage him to veto House Bill 554
